The Consumer Banking Training Specialist will support the design, development and delivery of onboarding, refresher and upskilling training curriculum. In this role, you will help to shape the learning and development strategy in partnership with the Consumer Banking Training Manager. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and must demonstrate the ability to identify and quickly address training opportunities to improve the execution and proficiency of frontline support members through AI enablement, process enhancement and content development activities.
