About The Position

The Consumer Banking Manager at Regions is responsible for leading and directing sales, service, and operational excellence across a designated market of branches. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Eight (8) years of experience in Financial Services, sales, or sales management
• Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams within the Financial Services industry
• Experience in banking and/or lending
• Relationship-based client consultation experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a small to moderate sized area or market of branches to generate new revenue by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance.
• Oversee overall branch performance and business results within the designated area.
• Coach and manage Branch Managers to enhance employee participation in daily activities and incorporate the Regions 360 process.
• Provide guidance on sales performance and skills development for branch sales teams.
• Develop and implement short and long-range operational and sales goals, ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Evaluate branch effectiveness, ensuring high levels of service quality, associate engagement, and compliance with regulations and policies.
• Promote and execute retail growth strategy while optimizing efficiency to meet budget expectations and key performance indicators.
• Establish a solid presence in the community to reinforce the bank's brand image.
