About The Position
To help and learn about the Consumer Banking Department. Assist with projects related to Consumer Banking and consultative selling environment. Work closely with those in department to promote and motivate employees in consultative sales and referrals, identify areas of improvement and efficiency for the department, other projects as arises. Daily direction on work will come from various supervisory and department staff. Will report to the Retail Sales Managers.
Requirements
- Develops and expands sales, technical, communication, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reports and documentation is required
- Strong sales skills are necessary
- Basic clerical skills needed (Word, Excel, printer, fax copy)
- Excellent customer service skills needed
Responsibilities
- Assist with projects related to Consumer Banking and consultative selling environment
- Work closely with those in department to promote and motivate employees in consultative sales and referrals
- Identify areas of improvement and efficiency for the department
- Compliance with all banking regulations which are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives
