Requirements

• College degree preferred but commensurate work experience will be considered
• Must have at least 3-5 years operational banking experience with a focus on consumer banking
• Ability to be well organized, team-player, motivated and flexible with working hours
• High proficiency in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented
• Demonstrated ability and desire to thrive in a challenging fast paced work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively and build relationships both internally and externally
• Must be flexible and adjust to schedule and adapt to changing business priorities

Responsibilities

• Review transactions/accounts daily for appropriate processing and alignment with bank policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations
• Create and maintain processes and procedures to govern consumer digital and retail deposit accounts
• Develop and review reports to present to stakeholders
• Support the ongoing assessment of consumer compliance risk and adequacy of controls
• Monitor and investigate consumer complaints for timely resolution
• Assisting with documentation of job aids and operational forms
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned
