The Consumer Banking Change and Risk Governance Manager plays a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives across all consumer banking channels, including Frontline Support, Customer Care, Training, Branch Network, and Product. This role ensures procedural integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness while serving as a key liaison for audit and risk reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, governance, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a deep understanding of consumer banking operations and regulatory expectations. In addition, this role functions as an embedded risk and governance partner within the first line of defense, actively supporting compliance and regulatory requirements in close collaboration with the second and third lines of defense.
