Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree, expected graduation date of May 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 (3.50+ preferred).
• All majors considered; preference for Business, Communications, Economics, Finance, Management, and Marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership experience desired.
• Successfully complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.
• Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3-weeks of onboarding and training centered around building foundational banking skills.
• Complete four, 3-month rotations in areas across the Consumer Bank and other enterprise functions.
• Engage in a matching process for a full-time role in the organization upon completion of the program.
• Participate in the Peer Advisor Mentor Program paired with a CBEX alumni for guidance.
• Engage in Early Career Development Programming (ECDP) to understand the bank holistically.
