As a Consumer Activation Manager, you will be responsible to ensure that all events, samplings and consumer activations by Category/Brand/Business Unit/Corporate on a national scale are implemented as planned. Scope of work covers planning, implementation and budget control.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all sampling and consumer activations by Category/Brand/BU/Corporate on a national scale are implemented as planned.
  • Plan and manage Sampling Operations and events, including Planning, Budgeting and Execution.
  • Consolidate all Consumer Activations and sampling plans by Region and provide thorough briefing and reporting of activities.
  • Manage procure to pay process, including budget tracking in all purchasing processes until completed.
  • Review and explore new consumer activation opportunities for all Nestle brands, identifying target audience, event type, cost, timing and brand exposure opportunity.
  • Ensure accuracy and reporting of sampling and consumer activation performance within the category/division/business unit.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in event management and marketing, preferably in FMCG industry.
  • Advanced knowledge on events and sampling management, including procuring services and costing.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic, and a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills, especially in managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English both oral & written.
