About The Position

UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Distributor Account Manager to join our community. As a Distributor Account Manager , you will be responsible for Manage and grow specified territory/book of business and Medi-First Plus distributor accounts specified within the territory. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid non-commercial driver’s license and safe driving record.
2-3 years of directly related experience.
Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

College degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with MFP distributors while identifying new business opportunities and expanding sales within existing accounts.
Achieve annual goals for sales revenue, gross profit, and targeted new business as set by the Sales Manager.
Foster customer loyalty through continuous support, partnership, and solution-oriented service.
Train distributor sales teams and customer service departments on product knowledge and selling strategies.
Attend and exhibit at distributor and industry trade shows to promote MFP products and drive market awareness.
Participate in sales training sessions and internal sales meetings to support growth and development.
Review and recommend products for MFP distributor marketing materials and websites to ensure accurate and strategic product representation.
Support distributor bid departments with product expertise to enhance competitive positioning.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as the Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Operations and Production to meet and maintain business/customer needs
