About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Studio Staff in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. The role involves performing digital and service UX/UI (User Experience and User Interface) design, practicing a rigorous design process, and utilizing these designs to drive innovative and transformative solutions that address the client's next generational needs. The position requires designing modern and industry-specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability, and cost management using conversational UI augmented, virtual or mixed reality and motion design. The candidate will create designs, from concept through prototyping, with modern programs or technologies, and bring user-centered design (UCD) process methods to create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios, and wireframe artifacts. Additionally, the role includes facilitating workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Fine Arts, any STEM field, or a related field.
• 1 year of related work experience in UX/UI design and design processes.
• Experience with ethnographic research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping and testing.
• Proficiency in Figma, Mural, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience utilizing storytelling, design thinking, and human-centered design.
• Experience with ethnographic interviewing, journey mapping, and workshops.
• Ability to gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into project designs.
• Knowledge of design principles, methods, techniques, and design and prototyping tools.
