About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP is seeking a Consulting, Specialist Master to join our team in Dallas, Texas, and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. In this role, you will manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services, helping companies unlock the value of their technology investments. This position involves overseeing the overall project strategy for information technology projects by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. You will be responsible for selecting the most relevant Oracle tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. As a Consulting, Specialist Master, you will manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, developing and maintaining contact with top decision-makers. You will also manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. In addition, you will perform the role of counselor and coach, actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, while providing leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. This position requires 50% travel nationally, and telecommuting is permitted. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guiding all phases of the Agile methodology-driven project delivery and software implementation lifecycle, particularly in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients. You will utilize Oracle Test Scripts and Process Flows to support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), End to End testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions. Additionally, you will coordinate assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle Retail Merchandising, Oracle Cloud Finance, Advanced Inventory Planning, and System Integration system landscapes. Your responsibilities will also include developing functional specifications for custom developments, interfacing with external systems via Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Retail Integration Bus, Oracle Data Integrator, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Apache Kafka. You will perform Oracle Retail Merchandising, Oracle Retail Demand Forecast, Advanced Inventory Planning, Oracle Finance Cloud, and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) production rollouts, providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM and JIRA. Furthermore, you will write functional and technical system requirements and use cases, create process flow diagrams, and finalize system requirements, utilizing Requirement Traceability Matrix, Microsoft (MS) Office, and MS Visio. Finally, you will guide the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing ServiceNow, MS SharePoint, and MS Projects. You will also participate in the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle User Guides, Training Manuals, and Quick Reference Guides.
