About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Tampa, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. The role involves managing information technology projects, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle for the development of Cloud-based technologies. The position requires managing the end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud by leading the design and development within various focus areas such as Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Responsibilities also include managing various aspects of the full software development life cycle, performing the role of counselor and coach, participating in staff recruitment and retention activities, and serving as a technical liaison between the business, project team, and developers/testers. The position requires 50% travel nationally and permits telecommuting.

Requirements

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
• 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
• 3 years of experience utilizing Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Ansible, and Estio for Cloud messaging and related areas.
• Experience participating in technical teams to architect, build, and deploy multi-cloud solutions in IoT, Analytics, ML, Blockchain, Cloud Native, and Containers.
• Experience defining, tracking, and measuring department performance and metrics using IBM ClearQuest, Azure DevOps, Atlassian Jira, Kanban, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Experience defining systems strategy and support procedures, developing systems requirements, and implementing technology solutions using Origami Studio, Draw.io, Adobe, Webflow, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Experience developing data migration plans from legacy platforms to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, Google, IBM RedHat OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing and implementing organizations' DevOps capabilities using Jenkins, Selenium, Argo CD, Splunk, Datadog, and PagerDuty.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full software development life cycle including requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests.
• Act as a counselor and coach; participate in staff recruitment and retention activities.
• Provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff.
• Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team, and developers/testers.
• Work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
