About The Position

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Solution Specialist in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. The role involves driving the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients' needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transforming workforce practices. This leads to significant savings, a competitive edge, and greater efficiency. The specialist will synthesize overall talent and workforce strategy by analyzing a variety of business solutions and selecting the most relevant tools and techniques to meet specific requirements. Responsibilities include creating customized information architectures, facilitating workshops, and ensuring clear communication and organization among multiple parties. The position requires 15% travel nationally and allows for telecommuting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
• Two years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
• Experience in defining, building, and implementing programs that enable the success of transformation goals, utilizing Microsoft Project.
• Experience in research and analysis to measure and articulate the value of organizational activities, utilizing MS Excel and Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in driving industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools.
• Experience in participating in the full lifecycle of a project, including analysis, functional specifications, system configurations, design, and testing.
• Experience in facilitating requirements gathering workshops and interfacing with client stakeholders.
• Experience in tracking and reporting on project milestone deliverables status using Gantt charts and KPI metrics.
• Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and focus groups to understand clients' current-state processes.
