Requirements

  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
  • 4 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of progressive related work experience.
  • Experience utilizing Application Life Cycle Management (ALM), Jira, Zephyr, LoadRunner, and TOSCA for overseeing IT projects.
  • Experience managing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies.
  • Experience leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting.
  • Experience overseeing planning of engagement scopes, project budgets, staffing, and managing project economics.
  • Experience leading business development activities, including client proposals and pricing.
  • Experience overseeing project responsibilities of cross-functional teams using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments.
  • Manage information technology project service excellence by identifying key issues and determining project needs.
  • Evaluate and validate analysis, developing recommendations in the context of overall engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, maintaining contact with top decision makers.
  • Oversee the information technology proposal development process and pricing strategies.
  • Act as a counselor and coach, participating in staff recruitment and retention activities.
  • Secure relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities.
  • Manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.
  • Improve internal IT processes and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
