Drive technical consulting activities in both new and existing WAN opportunities, acting as a trusted adviser to the account team and the customer.
Build and maintain close relationships with sales engineering and account management teams that support our customer base.
Support sales engineering teams with understanding customer requirements, providing guidance in the design of solutions, delivering technical deep-dive presentations and demonstrations.
Become a go-to person and trusted advisor for the sales engineering community.
Speak at internal and external conferences, technology days, and other industry events.

Proven track record of working in a customer-facing pre-sale's role selling networking equipment or end-user experience in design / architecture / vendor selection.
Exceptional hands-on skills and/or the ability to support complex proof-of-concept tests with potentially new products and emerging technologies.
Excellent inter-personal skills to work in virtual, multi-national teams with diverse demands from many stakeholders.
Credible technical interaction with Enterprise and Service Provider Engineering teams about the industry, technology, and products in the WAN domain.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences, both internal and external.

Experience in implementing WAN architectures and/or product knowledge.
Familiarity with Containers and Container related technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Automation and programming skills (e.g. Python, Ansible).
