Requirements

  • Proven ability to build, motivate, and develop successful teams
  • Experience managing deployment strategy, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Deep understanding of healthcare IT deployment, trends, and best practices
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Skilled at conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to improve outcomes
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive work culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Admin, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in people leadership, operations, consulting, or program management-preferably in healthcare IT
  • Proven track record leading large-scale deployment initiatives
  • U.S. citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and related tools
  • Ability to work irregular hours if required (in accordance with local regulations)

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification
  • Experience with federal clients and contract management
  • Familiarity with public sector or government healthcare projects
  • Strong healthcare domain knowledge
