About The Position

Within our Business Services vertical, we offer a multitude of solutions focused on helping businesses of all sizes drive higher revenue growth, maximize operational efficiencies, and improve customer experience. Our solutions help our customers solve difficult problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation and Customer Data Management. We are seeking an experienced Consulting software engineer to work with a world class Technology team. This role will be working with a development group building the platform, who have experienced hyper-growth – more than tripling in size over the last three years and still expanding. Our team supports a unified, future-ready orchestration platform called RiskNarrative, which provides customers with anti-money laundering, fraud, compliance and risk management capability. It’s incredibly quick to set up owing to no-code configuration, providing customers with a single solution to verify, transact with and monitor their customers, clients and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Possess extensive Software Development experience.
  • Have an expertise in development languages including but not limited to: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, Angular, SQL, Windows, UNIX.
  • Possess software development process expertise in applicable methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Possess strong proficiency in database technology, software design, software performance optimization, best practices, and leading industry trend knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the development team to deliver large scale, complex technical projects to a high standard of quality, performance and architectural excellence.
  • Performing reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed.
  • Identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues.
  • Planning new initiatives in collaboration with the team and business stakeholders including detailed design of scope, estimation and implementation.
  • Contributing to wider group initiatives, from championing information security to furthering diversity and inclusion within our teams.
