As a Lead Support Engineer, this role involves providing direct, daily onsite support to a government customer's HPCC system, which is critical for national security. The position operates within a challenging and dynamic team environment, requiring strong problem-solving and technical skills to troubleshoot issues primarily in a Linux-based setting. LNSSI (LexisNexis Special Services) is committed to innovation, assisting government agencies with homeland security, national defense, and intelligence missions by creating actionable intelligence and data-driven decisions. Technical training on additional systems like HPCC and ECL programming will be provided if necessary to ensure proficiency in critical technologies.
