About The Position

As a Consulting Principal – Associate Director, you will play a pivotal domain consulting role in leading strategic transformation initiatives for client’s Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) programs. You will collaborate closely with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and multi-supplier partners to drive impactful change within the organization.

Requirements

Extensive experience (15+ years) in consulting within the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong record of success in large-scale transformation programs.
Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Deep understanding of the Oil & Gas value chain, including upstream, midstream, and downstream operations.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration across business consulting and operational functions.
Expertise in managing Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver superior client outcomes.
Champion of AI-driven strategies to optimise delivery and accelerate transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of operating models and governance frameworks for ADM programs.
Drive AMS (Application Management Services) optimization and champion AI-first delivery strategies.
Oversee multi-supplier ecosystems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.
Manage Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to deliver superior client outcomes.
Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
Utilize automation, DevSecOps, SRE, and observability tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety-critical and regulated environments within the Oil & Gas sector.
