Consulting Practice Manager

Paradyme Management is seeking a Consulting Practice Manager to lead mission-critical programs and ensure the delivery of exceptional services to clients. This role is pivotal in establishing strategies and protocols, developing strategic plans, and serving as the primary director for the consulting team. The Consulting Practice Manager will set expectations for consultants, ensuring they meet high standards for client satisfaction. This position involves analyzing organizational operations to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and meet high-priority objectives. Additionally, the manager may be responsible for recruitment, hiring, and training of staff members, fostering a culture of mentorship and professional growth within the team. The Consulting Practice Manager will manage and lead through a management team and/or senior-level individual contributors, mentoring junior members and preparing them for greater responsibilities. They will effectively manage loss costs and claim expenses on major claims while identifying market gaps and opportunities to create value propositions. The role also includes supporting responses to RFPs and business development efforts, leading delivery teams that help clients build and manage customer relationships, and maximizing sales. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and PMO, is essential to drive successful day-to-day operations and solution deployments. This position requires a willingness to learn new technologies and techniques to address complex customer issues, developing strategic alternatives for these challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management or product ownership, particularly in agile environments, and will be adept at connecting with customers to understand their experiences and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for conveying key issues and solutions to the team and stakeholders.
