OPEN MINDS is the premier market intelligence and management consulting firm focused on serving consumers with complex needs. Our organization is the management thought leader in the behavioral health, cognitive disability, and social support sectors. Founded over 30 years ago, our mission is to provide the organizations serving these consumers with the market and management knowledge needed to improve their organizational efficiency and effectiveness – facilitating organizational growth and sustainability. The Executive Vice Presidents serving as our Consulting Practice Leaders are members of our executive team and a principle in our company’s consulting practice group. Each Consulting Practice Leader is responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts - responsible for both the success management of client engagements and for increasing the business with those clients. The role is equal parts client engagement management and strategic business development. From a management perspective, the Consulting Practice Leader is the captain of each client’s consulting team, guiding the strategic solutions developed to contribute to client success. This executive is also responsible for client management, team leadership (and development), and project management: overseeing the project budget, timeline, and deliverables. Ultimately, the Consulting Practice Leader drives project success through effective management and expertise.
