About The Position

The Consulting Partner - Process Manufacturing role is a senior-level position within the Manufacturing consulting business unit, responsible for leading the growth of the consulting business across strategic accounts. This position requires leveraging both existing and emerging capabilities to create new strategic growth areas, ultimately delivering significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting globally. The Consulting Partner will work closely with the leadership team to define a sound business growth strategy for designated strategic accounts, ensuring the consulting business opens new opportunities and expands Wipro's client positioning. In this role, the Consulting Partner is expected to build C-level relationships and leverage strategic partnerships relevant to the business growth strategy, collaborating with Global Account Executives and other business leaders globally. The responsibilities include identifying and defining differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within designated strategic clients, ensuring customer value is delivered as a central theme across all activities. The position also involves branding efforts to create a strong market positioning for Wipro and increasing its mindshare in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end Process Manufacturing value stream and experience working across various functions to manage or deliver transformational solutions. They should possess expertise in process floor and extended supply chain challenges in the process industry, along with a proven record of interacting with process manufacturing leaders and delivering transformational solutions. The role requires outstanding leadership, communication, relationship-building, and networking skills, as well as the ability to generate consulting business from new and existing accounts, driving customer relationships into multimillion-dollar engagements.
