We are seeking a Consulting Manager to join our North America team to support our clients in delivering organisational transformation outcomes through strong technical expertise and data-driven analysis. Role In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex client engagements, managing both the client relationship and the project team to ensure successful outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to solve workforce and organizational challenges, combining data-driven insight with the capabilities of the Orgvue platform. You will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, including scope, quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes, while developing your team and contributing to the growth of our Professional Services capability. This role requires someone who can operate confidently at both a strategic and execution level, guiding clients through transformation while ensuring delivery excellence.
