Requirements

  • Expertise in CX-Scrum Master and a strong understanding of Smart Grid Operations.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile tools/boards such as Jira, Rally, Scrum, Kanban, Azure, and Service Now.
  • Certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), and SAFe Agilist.
  • Excellent communication, innovation, and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Masters degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Guide teams through implementation processes and encourage the adoption of SAFe Agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate scrum meetings and manage the overall release and sprint execution in an Agile manner.
  • Remove impediments and protect the team from outside influence.
  • Ensure on-time sprint completion and adherence to the plan.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, manage risk, and ensure Epic Backlog deployment.
  • Facilitate ART events and processes (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums).
  • Coach the Solution Train by facilitating and guiding work across all ARTs and suppliers in the Value Stream.
  • Support Release Train Engineers in ensuring Epic Backlog deployment.
  • Define and communicate the Architectural Runway/plan for an Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Drive platform selections/integrations for an Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Define and communicate a shared Digital Technology Strategy across a Solution Train.
