As a Consulting Manager for FedRAMP Services at RISCPoint Advisory Group, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Public Sector Practice, which is experiencing significant growth. This position is designed for senior-level professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services and expert advice to our clients. You will be a trusted member of the RISCPoint team, responsible for overseeing projects and project teams, ensuring that our service execution aligns with both client and company goals. Your primary responsibilities will include providing leadership to the Public Sector team, interfacing with the Executive Leadership Team, and managing the delivery of information security and compliance programs that adhere to industry-leading standards such as FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800 Series, and CMMC. You will work closely with client IT leadership teams, acting as a subject matter expert to enhance their cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will conduct workshops and meetings with clients to develop and implement cloud governance models that integrate people, processes, and technology controls. You will also advise clients on their risk and compliance needs, helping them articulate continuous monitoring plans and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms). Building consensus with partners at audit firms, managed service providers, and regulators will be essential to drive favorable business outcomes for our clients. Additionally, you will manage and develop a delivery team, providing coaching and feedback to direct and indirect reports. As part of the RISCPoint Leadership Team, you will help define the necessary skills and staffing levels within the Public Sector practice, optimizing resource allocation to meet client needs effectively. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
