About The Position

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintech's, payment enablers and governments. The consulting Manager digital supports the end to end delivery of digital transformation and GenAI strategy engagements across GCC and NALP. This role encompasses conducting digital maturity assessments and market research, supporting GenAI use case identification and value modeling, developing digital acquisition strategies, and leading omnichannel customer journey mapping initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day client relationships, facilitating workshops and stakeholder sessions, developing compelling value propositions for digital banking and fintech platforms, and translating strategic recommendations into actionable roadmaps. Beyond client delivery, the role involves supporting proposal development, contributing to thought leadership content, and participating in business development activities. The position requires hands-on involvement in deliverables while building leadership capabilities through team mentoring, knowledge sharing, and professional development of junior consultants.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Motivated by delivery and with a high attention to details
  • Technically minded people leader with experience leading technology delivery teams with diverse resources and skill sets
  • A proven track record of delivering implementation projects to time, within costs and to the highest quality
  • Deep experience in managing complex projects
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated practical and conscious use of GenAI tools
  • Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
  • Experience in and passion for payments, Generative and Agentic AI
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
  • Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management

Nice To Haves

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 4-6 years’ experience in consulting focusing on digital projects.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects from strategy through execution
  • Financial services experience in GCC/NALP (banking/fintech)
  • Demonstrated experience in GenAI/AI strategy and implementation

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support delivery of digital and strategy projects across the GCC and NALP.
  • Conduct digital maturity assessments, gap analysis, and market research as input to digital strategy formulation.
  • Own workstreams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs aligned to client expectations.
  • Support in defining GenAI transformation strategies for clients.
  • Support in GenAI use case identification, evaluation, and value modelling.
  • Drive GenAI capability-building workshops and change enablement.
  • Develop digital strategies aligned with client transformation objectives.
  • Support in defining and optimizing digital acquisition strategies (owned, paid, earned channels).
  • Craft compelling value propositions (e.g., digital banking, super apps, embedded finance, etc.).
  • Lead design of omnichannel journeys
  • Facilitate journey mapping workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
  • Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and capability build-out plans.
  • Support proposal development and contribute to digital PoVs and case studies.
