As a Consulting Manager, you play an important role with responsibilities that range from analyzing a client's issues/objectives and interviewing key client stakeholders to developing recommendations and authoring presentations. You will participate and lead teams in strategic advisory projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive client projects from conception to implementation while managing stakeholder relationships and guiding other team members.

Requirements

  • Completed MBA from top tier Business School.
  • 5-7 years of experience in management consulting style role.
  • Proven track record in project management and client relationship management.
  • Hands on experience in marketing or cloud technology field.
  • Hands on experience with sales CRM technologies like Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities balanced with operational implementation expertise.
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop concise, high-impact client deliverables.
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Support or own and manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines.
  • Partner with clients and project stakeholders and apply technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies.
  • Lead consulting engagements with end-to-end project management responsibility.
  • Develop and drive strategic initiatives while managing timeline, resources, and deliverables.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and lead difficult conversations when necessary.
  • Create and present high-level, concise client deliverables that effectively communicate key messages.
  • Develop both immediately actionable recommendations and innovative future state solutions.
  • Guide and mentor team members.
  • Translate strategic concepts into practical recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple organizational levels.
  • Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership.
