As a Consulting Intern for our Business Outsourcing Services (BOS), you’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside professionals at all levels that will provide you with insight into the field of accounting. Your internship will give you the same exposure to Armanino as our Consultant I hires, while participating in interactive and engaging programming! During your time you will also participate in training and activities to boost your skills and engagement. The ideal Consulting (BOS) intern will possess strong communication, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We want motivated self-starters who desire to understand a problem and work to find solutions. A passion for learning a new industry and openness in training is also beneficial. Start Date: June 15, 2026

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Current enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or certificate program in one of the following: business, accounting, finance, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Plan to complete 150 semester/225 quarter unit requirement for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2026 – August 2027 strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Consultants and Sr. Consultants to coordinate the completion of project tasks.
  • Contribute on client work like bill processing and sales tax
  • Build strong relationships by proactively communicating internally and externally with professionals or clients
  • Provide written reports and Excel analysis
  • Develop knowledge in Intacct, QuickBooks, transactions, bank reconciliations
  • Perform basic accounting journal entries and transactional processing.
