About The Position

Acuative is a trusted Cisco partner delivering high-value consulting and lifecycle services across enterprise and public-sector environments. We work alongside Cisco CX teams to provide outcome-driven consulting that improves reliability, adoption, and long-term operational maturity. Our consultants operate as extensions of the customer’s technical team — accountable, visible, and trusted. Acuative is seeking an experienced Consulting Engineer to support a large enterprise customer in the semi-conductor tech segment as part of a long-term consulting engagement delivered in collaboration with Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization. This role is ideal for a customer-facing consultant who operates beyond implementation — providing trusted guidance, practical insight, and technical leadership to help customers maximize the value of their Cisco enterprise networking platforms. Working as an extended part of Cisco’s CX delivery team you will be embedded with the customer and have all the support and access expected from working with the worldwide leader in networking, IT, and cybersecurity.

Requirements

7-12 years’ experience in enterprise networking consulting or professional services
Cisco Catalyst switching experience Strong customer-facing background in complex environments
Cisco Catalyst Center / Cisco DNAC experience
Able to work independently while collaborating across organisations
Leadership in escalations with Cisco TAC
Clear communicator with strong consulting instincts
Focused on outcomes, not just delivery

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted technical consultant for enterprise networking initiatives
Work closely with customer engineering and operations teams
Provide hands-on consulting across planning, optimization, and lifecycle activities
Support pilots, phased deployments, and production environments
Help customers strengthen operational practices and platform adoption
Coordinate with Cisco CX and partner stakeholders to deliver outcomes
