Requirements

  • Proven experience in consulting delivery, professional services, or client-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of business operations, technology, or transformation initiatives (industry-specific experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience supporting or leading business development efforts, including proposals and client expansion
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate comfortably in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in management consulting, boutique consulting firms, or professional services organizations
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
  • Background in project management, delivery leadership, or solution architecture
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver consulting engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations are met
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Translate client business challenges into actionable solutions and implementation plans
  • Oversee project planning, delivery execution, risk management, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery standards and best practices
  • Mentor and support consulting team members as needed
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Support new business development efforts, including discovery calls, solution design, and proposal development
  • Partner with leadership and sales teams to shape offerings, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to pipeline growth by leveraging client relationships, referrals, and market insights
  • Participate in presentations, pitches, and client-facing meetings to articulate value propositions
  • Provide feedback on service offerings based on market and client needs
  • Assist in defining delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
  • Support internal initiatives related to consulting operations, growth strategy, and process improvement
