  • Review RFP's, clarify scope of work and prepare proposals for all aspects of KJA's business, including new construction, modernizations, new installations, inspections, maintenance procurement and consulting assignments.
  • Develop and maintain a variety of templates and resumes/bios for use in RFP's.
  • Obtain insurance documents for clients, including workplace clearance letters.
  • Complete any compliance verification documents received from clients.
  • Review and update compliance sites (e.g. Avetta, contractor check and comply works) to ensure KJA remains in good standing.
  • Schedule inspections as needed.
  • Prepare inspection reports as needed.
  • Prepare invoices for projects as needed.
  • Update tracking/scheduling sheets for proposals, safety training, inspection schedule.
  • Research and order company tools, 'swag' or other items needed for clients.
  • Provide support to senior management including booking events, lunches, meetings, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Post-secondary education in communications, business, marketing or other related field, or related work experience.
  • At least three years of related experience, preferably in a professional services or engineering consulting firm.
  • Strong written and oral communications skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
