About The Position

SEEM Collaborative is seeking an additional member for our team. The candidate will work in a highly productive, supportive, and collaborative environment alongside other full-time and per-diem BCBAs. The ABA Consultation Department provides behavior analytic services through referrals from public schools. Services provided include school- and home-based consultation services, school- and home-based assessments, supervision of in-home ABA direct service providers, professional development trainings, and direct classroom support when requested. In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate may be expected to: Demonstrate willingness to complete certification and serve as a Safety Care trainer for both SEEM Collaborative programs and its member districts. Support the SEEM Collaborative programs as needed. Carry out other duties within the scope of expertise as assigned by the Coordinator of Professional Development and In-District Services and/or Executive Director. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate case needs, but are not expected to work more than a standard 37.5-hour work week. This position follows the SEEM Collaborative school calendar, plus an additional 10 days during the summer. Salary is based on degree/level of education and years of relevant experience.

Requirements

  • at least 3 years of work experience in an educational setting
  • at least 2 years of experience as a BCBA overseeing behavior analytic services in a relevant field of education
  • Candidate must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
