As a Consulting Associate, Engineer , you’ll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for clients in energy, manufacturing, mining, and chemical sectors. Your work will directly support projects that protect natural resources, ensure compliance, and enable sustainable development. What Your Impact Is Support environmental inspection and compliance for major energy infrastructure projects. Contribute to civil and environmental engineering designs that improve stormwater management, erosion control, and site remediation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—planners, scientists, biologists—to solve complex challenges. Help clients meet regulatory requirements while advancing sustainability goals. What You'll Bring Required Bachelor’s degree in civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or related engineering field. Or equivalent experience. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with project managers and clients. Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship. Preferred Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or FE exam registration. Internship or professional experience in civil/environmental engineering. Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil3D, GIS, or stormwater modeling software (training available). Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports and designs. Key Responsibilities Perform environmental inspections and support stormwater compliance during construction. Assist with civil/environmental design deliverables: site plans, erosion control plans, stormwater management plans. Prepare technical reports, permit applications, and field documentation. Engage in both field and desktop work across diverse projects in energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Ensure health, safety, and risk compliance on all projects.
