What Your Impact Is In this role, you will: Support complex remediation and engineering design projects that reduce environmental risks and improve site conditions. Contribute to field investigations, data collection, and modeling that directly inform project strategy and decision-making. Requirements

  • BS in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering (minimum 3.0 GPA).
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Environmental field experience.
  • OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with engineering design for remediation projects, including civil, geotechnical, and process-related components.
  • Perform technical tasks such as data evaluation, calculations, research, cost estimating, and preparation of drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Support construction-phase activities including inspections, testing, oversight, and QA/QC.
  • Conduct stormwater modeling, calculations, and control design.
  • Perform groundwater, soil, air, and vapor sampling.
  • Conduct O&M and monitoring for remediation systems (e.g., SVE, sub-slab depressurization).
  • Participate in fieldwork including pilot tests, QA activities, and construction oversight.
  • Compile and analyze technical data and contribute to report development.
  • Prepare environmental compliance plans, permits, and related documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and scheduling expectations.
