The Consulting Architect for the Architecture Management team serves as a critical enabler to ensure that the enterprise architecture strategy, processes, and tools are fully aligned with the goals and requirements of the business. As the Lead Architect of Enterprise Architecture processes and tools, the individual provides thought and technology leadership while working closely with Architects and partner Enterprise Technology (ET) teams to drive efficient, well-understood, and flexible management practices. In addition to setting the strategy and directing the operations of the Architecture Management team, they lead the implementation and operation of a cross-functional Architecture Center of Excellence. Ultimately, this position provides vital process and methods leadership within a complex, highly interdependent environment, successfully navigating challenging financial, technical, and project management constraints Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week.
