About The Position

Meet clients in their homes for scheduled consultations Assess needs, measure spaces, and recommend custom solutions Guide customers confidently through the buying decision Manage your appointments and follow-ups with operational support behind you Partner with installation and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience This is a professional, consultative role focused on service, trust, and results. Field-based role (no desk-bound work) Appointments are scheduled and geographically planned Autonomy in the field with strong back-end support If you prefer structured independence — owning your day without being on your own — this role is a strong fit.

Requirements

  • Proven sales performers (top 10–20%, awards, or documented success)
  • Professionals comfortable meeting clients in their homes
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Must live within ~30 minutes of the Arlington / DC metro area
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
