About The Position

T. White Parker is seeking a proactive, inquisitive, driven consultant to provide analytical, SharePoint, and data support to an engagement within an acquisition office, with a primary focus on Microsoft- and SharePoint-based collaboration tools. The consultant will also assist with acquisition management- related tasks, documentation support, training preparation, and other contracting lifecycle activities as directed. The ideal candidate is well-versed in data analysis and visualization, able to develop new as well as improve trend analyses to identify anomalies, risks, and inefficiencies, and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing dynamic.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, visualization, workflow support, and/or automation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in federal environments

Nice To Haves

  • Certification related to automation and visualization.
  • Experience in federal acquisition, contracting, or procurement environments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collecting, validating, organizing, and analyzing acquisition and contract data
  • Support development and maintenance of reports, queries, dashboards, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Help track procurement and contract activities, including milestone dates, obligations, funding, and status reporting
  • Perform data extraction and validation activities from contract and procurement systems (e.g., PRISM or similar tools) under senior guidance
  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting requests related to acquisition activities and contract performance
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions
  • Support document management, version control, and organization of acquisition and contracting artifacts
  • Help maintain and update SharePoint-based tools supporting acquisition workflows, tracking, and knowledge repositories
  • Assist with basic workflow support using Power Automate and Power Apps, including testing and troubleshooting under supervision
  • Support documentation of SharePoint processes, configurations, and user guidance materials
  • Support preparation of training and knowledge sharing sessions related to acquisition processes and tools
  • Assist in development of training materials, presentations, reference guides, and job aids
  • Coordinate informal knowledge sharing sessions and track attendance or feedback
  • Assist with documentation and tracking efforts related to process improvements and efficiencies
  • Help maintain shared resources such as contract resource libraries, acquisition tool repositories, and reference databases
  • Support meeting coordination, note-taking, action item tracking, and status reporting
  • Perform other project support tasks related to acquisition management
