About The Position

Requirements

• Solid understanding of the trading lifecycle and financial industry terminology
• Proven experience in client trade support and issue resolution
• Strong multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with FIX protocol and trade application support
• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux command line operations
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Implement and support client-facing trading applications that power financial markets
• Deploy and maintain FIX connectivity services, ensuring seamless trade execution
