Lead Business Impact Through Strategic Data & Technology Solutions Align data and technology strategies with business objectives to maximize ROI, boost productivity, and enable scalable growth Partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams to deliver impactful, enterprise-level technology solutions Translate complex technical concepts, system tradeoffs, and implementation decisions into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and executive stakeholders Champion technology standards, governance, security, and best practices to ensure maintainable, resilient, and high-impact solutions Deliver High Impact Projects Develop realistic, actionable strategies, including roadmaps, governance, and prioritization plans for smooth execution. Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate closely with project teams to define adoption strategies and rollout plans, ensuring change management approaches effectively support team and stakeholder buy-in. Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within projects to increase efficiency, reduce redundancies, and enhance overall project outcomes. Create clear, impactful deliverables that resonate across various audiences and foster alignment on project goals. Build Stakeholder Relationships Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility. Requirements

  • 7+ years of project management, technical project management, business analysis, data analytics, and/or management consulting experience, including 2+ years of hands-on experience leading technology implementations and/or analytics initiatives
  • Experience collaborating closely with software engineering and delivery teams throughout the development lifecycle
  • Ability to articulate how systems, platforms, or data flows enable business processes, influence outcomes, and drive
  • Career history that demonstrates progressive responsibilities and accountability
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Experience with waterfall and/or agile project management techniques in complex technology environments
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel based on client need (up to 25%)
  • Ability to demonstrate a legal right to work in the U.S.

  • Certified project management professional and/or relevant certifications/education
  • Experience leading junior team members and leading small teams.
