Consultant

The Onset
11hHybrid

About The Position

Drive a multi-year transformation and deliver technology for business advantage. With a hybrid-first setup, you’ll balance three days in the office with the flexibility to work from home. You’ll take ownership of analysis and delivery across systems, processes and data – enabling smarter, faster and more modern operations. Here you’ll work across a broad transformation agenda including the Client Portal, HRIS, BI platform, claims and process digitisation initiatives. You’ll map current and future state, define business and data requirements, and ensure every solution is measurable, integrated and outcome driven. You’ll also identify opportunities to simplify and automate workflows using AI or RPA, and ensure the organisation’s reporting and analytics capability supports better decisions. This isn’t a PMO-heavy environment. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders, right-size the approach, and deliver practical outcomes that stick. The roles are highly visible, with direct executive exposure, and your work will shape how the organisation modernises over the next three years.

  • Proven stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches – able to right-size to context
  • Hands-on, pragmatic style with energy, positivity and resilience
  • Melbourne-based, with flexibility (3:2 hybrid model) to attend the CBD office as needed
