Description What You’ll Do Lead the development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies to identify top talent Proactively build and engage talent pipelines , including passive candidates Partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans Utilize a variety of tools and techniques (Boolean search, social media, networking, outreach) to find and attract diverse talent Conduct candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and alignment Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and community groups Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics to continuously improve outcomes Mentor and support other sourcers, sharing best practices and elevating team capability What Sets You Apart You’re naturally curious and love solving talent puzzles You don’t wait for talent—you go out and find it You build strong partnerships and influence without authority You use data to guide decisions and continuously improve Why IU Health? Requires experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools.
