Your responsibilities Be a subject matter expert in the Workday Student Financials workstream Execute the day-to-day activities on Workday Student implementations for customers including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototypes, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers Assist the customer team to help convert legacy data into Workday Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices Help ensure customers remain referenceable Support Alchemy post-production services customers through defect resolution Partner with Engagement Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading the Workday Student Financials workstream on multiple Workday Student implementations
Active Workday Student Financials certification
Significant consulting within higher education
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting or leading the Financial Aid, Reporting or Testing workstreams
Active Workday Reporting, HCM, or Financials certifications

Responsibilities
