The Nationwide Financial Integrated Digital Services Organization is seeking a technical lead to join the Sales & New Business Commissions & Compensation team. This role will be responsible for leading technical decision for the Nationwide Financial Commission System (NFCS). The ideal candidate is driven to learn, team oriented, self-starting, builds great business and IT relationships, and loves rising to a challenge. The ability to troubleshoot complex technical solutions is a must, knowledge of the development lifecycle and experience working on an agile team is a must. Applicants for our development & engineering positions should come with a strong foundation in some combination of the following: SQL, Oracle, PL SQL, Stored Procedures, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, Informatica. While not required, ideal candidates will also have knowledge or experience with SAP Sales Performance Management (formerly Callidus) experience and/or an understanding of API’s.
