You'll be our go-to expert for testing, focusing on Underwriting, Rating/Pricing, Data & Tools, Sales & Servicing, and Policy Center APIs. In this role, you'll triage testing issues, review test plans, conduct root cause analyses on defects, document processes, and educate team members. You'll also gather and act on metrics to show trends, improve the quality and reliability of our test assets, and streamline regression suites. Occasionally, you'll lead project tests across teams.
