About The Position

As part of our Data Consulting team, your work will help provide clients high quality, comprehensive, efficient and data driven customized and optimized administrative solutions. You will collaborate with different levels of management within a variety of businesses or functions to find opportunities for innovation and growth, build and maintain successful relationships with clients, vendors and internal partners, and prepare project material while actively leading client meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus
  • Proficiency in an Equity Compensation consulting role, client management, or an administration team manager
  • Minimum 3 years formal project management experience
  • Understanding of equity compensation and stock plan administration
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in recommending administrative, benefits process and/or methods that align to outsourcing product/services solutions
  • Experience in navigating and leading client and/or vendor relationships successfully

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with different levels of management within a variety of businesses or functions to find opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, vendors and internal partners
  • Preparing project material, execution of analytical efforts, and actively lead client meetings
  • Proactively supervising progress of projects, addressing issues and making course corrections as needed to ensure attainment of goals within the scope of the project
  • Identifying, validating and recommending changes to process designs that improve administrative or data quality current state and ongoing maintenance
  • Working closely with internal partners including Operations, Implementations, Workplace Consulting, and Relationship Management team to design/obtain agreement on/develop processes that deliver integrated results
