Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (Business, Healthcare, Data Analytics)
  • 2+ years in a healthcare-focused business or analytics role
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to change

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in patient experience (PX) domain
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry best practices

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver high-impact engagements
  • Analyze client and Press Ganey data to uncover insights and inform strategy
  • Develop presentations and recommendations that drive client decision-making
  • Understand how culture, processes, and service behaviors impact the patient experience
  • Support PX consultants in developing first-class strategies and implementation plans to improve the experience of care
  • Contribute to thought leadership and industry research
  • Support new business development by identifying opportunities during engagements
