About The Position

As an Operational Risk Consultant, working with all lines of businesses, you will help support the continued development and implementation of the Lincoln Financial Group's Enterprise Operational Risk Management program with a concentration of Third Party Risk Management. The growing Enterprise Operational Risk Management team reports to the Chief Risk Officer and is focused on building and executing the operational risk framework across Lincoln. In this highly collaborative role, you will effect change and drive improvements by helping to identify, assess, and prioritize risks and develop processes to measure and report issues throughout the organization.
