  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management practices; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

  • Experience with system integrations and APIs.
  • Certifications in relevant marketing technology platforms or project management tools (e.g., PMP, Agile).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on marketing technology assessments and implementations for clients across industries.
  • Configure, customize, and optimize marketing technology platforms (e.g., Adobe, Workfront, Bynder, Salesforce).
  • Analyze client workflows and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure project deliverables are on time and meet quality standards.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices across the team.
  • Stay updated on trends in marketing technology and operations.
  • Support the creation of thought leadership content, including case studies, articles, and insights on emerging technologies.
