Job SummaryThis full-time position requires a valid Missouri teaching certificate and a degree in Special Education. The Learning Consultant supports students, teachers, and families by providing targeted academic interventions and collaborating to ensure student success across grade levels.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Provide academic support and interventions for students with diverse learning needs
  • Assist in interpreting and implementing accommodation plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain consistent and proactive communication with parents
  • Foster a nurturing, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
  • Partner with administration and faculty to support school-wide academic goals
