Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Mosaic Center team in the role of Consultant-K-12 Program Lead. This position is full time, hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Candidates will primarily be working in the South Central Region of Indiana (Bloomington, Bedford, Paoli).   • Develops, implements, and manages educational programs and partnerships that encourage K-12 students to pursue careers in healthcare.
  • Establishes and maintains partnerships with schools, healthcare organizations, community groups and other stakeholders to create pathways that support student’s academic and career success in healthcare.
  • Works with educators and industry professionals to align program goals with educational standards and industry needs.
  • Designs, develops, and implements healthcare career pipeline programs targeting K-12 students.
  • Creates curriculum and extracurricular activities that introduce students to various healthcare careers.
  • Manages and oversees all aspects of program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Facilitates mentorship and internship opportunities for students in collaboration with healthcare partners.
  • Develops and executes strategies to recruit and engage students from varying backgrounds into healthcare pipeline programs.
  • Organizes and conducts informational sessions, career fairs and workshops for students and educators, and promotes pipeline programs through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and community events.
  • Tracks and analyzes program outcomes to assess the effectiveness and impact on students' career interests and academic performance and collects feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve program offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent years of experience within a matrixed organization, healthcare setting preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in talent sourcing and/or recruitment/campus recruitment, with proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging top talent.
  • Requires experience using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management platforms and other recruitment tools.
  • Requires up to 30% travel.
