The Document Management Shared Service (DMSS) organization serves as a national shared service within KP's Health Plan Operations vertical. DMSS provides high-volume document composition, document archival, electronic document delivery, and traditional print & mail services on a national scale. We service internal KP departments across all markets and all lines of business, and our goal is to efficiently and effectively deliver personalized communications to KP members, customer groups, brokers, providers, and other key stakeholders. The systems and processes supported help deliver over 200 million personalized communications every year. The Consultant role is an experienced business systems analyst that will fill the role of a Business Solutions Consultant IV on the DMSS team. This role is critical to the DMSS organization as it serves as a consultant to ensure alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders across KP to support the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. The Business Solutions Consultant within DMSS will assist with the triage of incoming requests from our internal clients to help elicit and capture business, functional, and non-functional requirements. The Consultant will also partner closely with other teams within DMSS and our IT partners including solution designers, developers, testers, clients, and leadership, to uncover creative solutions to complex business problems and to ensure DMSS can deliver high-quality results to the many clients we service across the KP enterprise. The role also includes providing insight and business analysis expertise to numerous strategic initiatives, helping to define system enhancements and/or process improvements leading to a desired future state.
